Don Geiter, a partner in the law firm of Barley Snyder LLC, has been selected as one of Central Penn Business Journal’s 2010 Forty Under 40 award recipients for his professional excellence and community involvement.
Award recipients are selected by a panel of judges for their commitment to business growth, professional excellence and community contributions. Following an awards program on October 20, 2010, Don and the other award recipients will be featured in a special supplement to the October edition of the Central Penn Business Journal.
Don is a partner in Barley Snyder’s Business Law Group. His practice concentrates in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, buy-sell agreements, shareholder relations and general matters relating to middle-market businesses. Don also has experience advising clients on website and Internet-related issues. He received his B.A. from Millersville University and his J.D. from Suffolk University Law School (cum laude). Don is very active in the community serving on the Board of Advisors for the Lancaster Street Car Company and the Land Development Committee at Victory Church. He also regularly travels on with missionary groups doing service both domestically and abroad.
