Barley Snyder Welcomes New Paralegal to Immigration Practice Group

Barley Snyder is pleased to announce the addition of Becky Munscher to its Immigration and Employment Law Groups. Becky will be based out of Barley Snyder’s York office. With 12 years of experience, Becky will work closely with attorney Silas Ruiz-Steele in the Immigration Practice Group to assist business and individual clients with the complex legal issues involved in obtaining legal status to work and live in the United States. Becky has extensive experience working with health care immigration, business and employment-based immigration, marital and family immigration, employer compliance, naturalization, and diversity.

Prior to joining Barley Snyder, Becky worked as a paralegal specializing in immigration for the law firm of Shumaker Williams, primarily with Craig Trebilcock. Becky earned her BA in Criminal Justice from DeSales University and her Paralegal Certificate from Cedar Crest College.

Becky is involved with the Central Pennsylvania Immigration Project (CPIP) which recently received federal grant funding to provide legal assistance to abused women under the Violence Against Women Act (VAWA).
