York, PA - The Law Office of Barley Snyder is pleased to announce that Jeff Lobach has been named to the board of directors for the York Health Foundation. Jeff is a partner with the firm and focuses his practice in the areas of business and real estate transactions, formation and governance of business and non-profit entities, real estate development, financing, family-owned businesses and higher education.
The York Health Foundation is a community-based, not-for-profit organization dedicated to improving the health of the local community by supporting the York-based entities of WellSpan Health. Jeff was a founding director of the organization, and previously chaired the Kids First annual giving campaign.
Jeff is very active in the community and has served as a member of the board or general counsel to various organizations throughout Central Pennsylvania. He has served as President of the York County Bar Association as is nationally recognized for a pro bono immigration project on behalf of 300 Chinese refugees aboard the freighter Golden Venture. The Golden Venture project is celebrating its 20th anniversary this June with a series of events throughout the region.
