Anne is a paralegal in the Workers’ Compensation group and also assists the Employment Law and Immigration groups. She works closely with employers and insurance carriers with all processes involved with a workers' compensation claim including navigation of the Workers’ Compensation Automation and Integration System (WCAIS), drafting and filing of Petitions and Answers, coordinating Independent Medical Exams, hearings, mediations and depositions, as well as extensive trial/hearing support including preparation of exhibits, fact and background investigations, and close communications with attorneys for analysis and strategy in cases. She also obtains background medical information and prepares detailed and extensive chronological medical summaries which enhances and promotes smooth handling of cases, from the first hearing, all the way through the litigation process. In addition, Anne oversees all aspects and management of the group including technology program implementations, new legal processes, documents and requirements from WCAIS and workers’ compensation Judges, as well as reliable and prompt communications with clients concerning the progression of their cases.
