Practice Areas - Creditors' Rights and Bankruptcy
Our attorneys are well versed in both the transactional and litigation aspects of client representation and serve clients in a range of bankruptcy, restructuring, and workout matters. We represent the rights of a variety of secured and unsecured creditors - including banks, municipal entities, commercial landlords, large and small businesses, and professional organizations.

We have the experience and insight to determine and enforce creditors’ rights in situations involving complex commercial financing, consumer loans, sales, leases, and other transactions. In addition to enforcing creditors' rights, we emphasize effective preventive measures by counseling clients in connection with loan documents, leases, agreements, credit policies, and collection procedures. We practice in state and federal courts throughout Pennsylvania and represent creditors in bankruptcy proceedings. In addition, we regularly counsel clients on risk management and litigation avoidance strategies.

Regardless of the type of case, our primary goal is to provide clients with straightforward legal advice and to provide service to clients based on personal attention, responsiveness, efficiency, and professionalism. We believe this is essential to a client’s ability to make informed business decisions when addressing creditors’ rights and bankruptcy issues.
