Carol is a paralegal in the Real Estate, Municipal and Environmental and Business Practice groups. Carol has extensive experience working with municipal authorities and municipalities in public finance projects. She has worked closely with borough managers, borough councils and other public entities in dealing with general municipal questions. In addition, Carol has significant experience working with financial institutions in commercial lending transactions as well as assisting with development and redevelopment commercial projects.
