Brian Korman is an associate in the firm’s Business Law Practice Group. His practice is concentrated in general corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, business start-ups and formations, contract negotiation and counseling on family-owned business issues such as succession planning and buy-sell agreements. Brian also regularly handles real estate and financing matters such as commercial lease negotiation and loan documentation.
Brian is a Lancaster County native and, as big proponent for urban living, owns a home in historic downtown Lancaster. He earned his bachelor’s degree in finance and marketing from Shippensburg University and his law degree from Elon University School of Law in North Carolina.
While at Elon, Brian clerked for Chief Judge James L. Gale in the North Carolina Business Court and volunteered his time assisting start-up entrepreneurs at the school’s Small Business and Entrepreneurship Clinic. He also served on the Elon Law Review and was named a business fellow at the law school.
