David joins Barley Snyder’s Intellectual Property Practice Group after gaining meaningful experience in the private sector at electronics, manufacturing and technology companies. His law experience deals with patent, trademarks and copyright matters in the areas of litigation. That private sector experience has made David as adept at negotiating in a board room for a client as he is at troubleshooting in a client’s research and development lab.

He has accumulated a wealth of international business experience working with companies around North America as well as South America, Europe and Asia. In that time, David has worked with scientists and engineers in technical fields to develop material processing solutions. His own technical experience includes manufacturing and product development in electronics, ceramics, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics and nanotechnology.

He is a certified patent attorney, and has spoken at technological conferences both domestically and internationally.
