Barley Snyder, a regional law firm of more than 130 attorneys in PA, seeks a Business Development professional to lead, implement and support the firm’s business development initiatives and activities. The position works closely with the firm’s attorneys, management and practice groups, and client teams. Regular travel to all the firm’s Central PA offices and events required.
Successful candidate will have proven ability to provide business coaching to professionals, to develop and execute strategic and successful BD initiatives, including ability to identify and leverage BD successes across an organization. Excellent oral and written communication, organizational and interpersonal skills required. This position will involve administrative responsibilities.
Bachelors’ degree plus 3+ years of experience in business development/marketing required. Experience in professional services firms strongly preferred. Familiarity with PA market a plus.
