Barley Snyder, a regional law firm with more than 130 attorneys across Pennsylvania, has an excellent opportunity for a Finance Associate in our Lancaster office.
The ideal candidate will have strong academic credentials with excellent communication and organizational skills who is interested in developing a diverse practice with immediate significant client contact. The successful candidate will be an attorney who will primarily work in the area of Finance (0-3 years of experience), and will be responsible for commercial loan documentation, related due diligence, and closing-related management. Additional responsibilities may include post-closing creditors’ rights roles, including enforcement, work-out management, and related litigation (bankruptcy proceedings). Seeking a self-starter with strong analytical skills and excellent work ethic.
