Barley Snyder, a regional law firm with more than 120 attorneys, seeks an immigration paralegal in our Lancaster office. Candidates within any of our geographic locations will also be considered and we may also consider remote work candidates.
Duties will include assisting attorneys in the preparation of immigrant and non-immigrant visa petitions. Draft, review and prepare legal documents, manage a caseload of visa matters utilizing case management software. Communicate regularly with clients and analyze case documents as well as prepare immigration applications for filing. Draft petitions, applications and letters detailing eligibility for visa classification as well as researching immigration regulations and procedures. Candidate may also work in other areas of Employment Law. This position requires a minimum of two years of experience in Business Immigration matters. Two or four year college degree preferred.
