Keith is a Hanover-area native who spent his entire career of more than four decades at one firm before moving to Barley Snyder in 2019. He brings with him more than four decades of experience in advising clients in personal planning and real estate, including both commercial and residential property practices. In addition to his work as an attorney, he also is a licensed real estate title agent for Stewart Title.

South Western School District trusted Nonemaker as its solicitor for more than 35 years, and West Manheim Township in York County has exhibited similar trust for his 30-year tenure as solicitor.

He is a U.S. Army veteran, having served for three years before starting his law practice.
