Webinar Focus: Please join us for a roundtable discussion about the legal considerations surrounding the COVID-19 vaccine in the Transportation, Distribution, Logistics Industry. The discussion will be led by attorney Martin Siegel, chair of the COVID-19 Response Service Team. He will be accompanied by attorney David Confer, chair of the Transportation, Distribution and Logistics Industry Group, and partner Michael Crocenzi, member of the Employment Practice Group. The three attorneys will talk about some of the unique issues the transportation industry will face as a result of the COVID-19 vaccine becoming available, including the priority accorded to this industry, the challenges posed by the disparate workforces utilized in the industry, whether employers can mandate vaccination for employees, and strategies to gain voluntary vaccination.
