Patent Attorney

We are seeking a Patent Attorney to join our Malvern, Pa., office. Our ideal candidate would have a 1- 3 years’ experience in patent preparation and prosecution. A technical background, in the mechanical or electrical arts, is preferred.

Litigation Associate

We have an excellent opportunity for a Litigation Associate in our Lancaster Office.  

We are looking for an entrepreneurial attorney interested in developing a diverse practice with immediate, significant client contact. The successful candidate will be an attorney who will primarily work in the area of litigation (5-7 years of experience), preferably within a mid-size to large firm setting. Seeking a self-starter with strong analytical and writing skills, strong academic credentials and excellent work ethic. A candidate with ties to the central Pennsylvania community preferred.

Litigation Paralegal

Barley Snyder, a Central Pennsylvania law firm, seeks a Litigation Paralegal for our York, Pa., office. Duties include assisting attorneys with factual analysis, discovery, document and file management and trial preparation with focus on general litigation cases. Previous litigation paralegal experience is required (5 years). A four year college degree and paralegal certificate preferred. Ideal candidates would possess excellent communication, organizational and client service skills plus a familiarity with research and litigation software.
