Lancaster, Pa. – Barley Snyder is pleased to announce attorney Karen E. Toth has recently joined the firm in its Lancaster Office.
Toth brings more than two decades of experience to Barley Snyder’s Employee Benefits Practice. In her practice, she assists employers with all aspects of their employee benefit offerings, including design and operation of both retirement and welfare plans as well as executive compensation arrangements. Toth is well-versed with IRS and DOL compliance programs and ERISA fiduciary obligations and best practices She has also represented clients in IRS and DOL audits.

Toth’s diverse career history includes working at a large law firm, consulting firm, and as in-house counsel with retirement plan service providers. Before joining Barley Snyder, she served as ERISA counsel for a national retirement services firm where she advised internal senior business leaders and clients in all aspects of retirement plan and executive compensation arrangements.
