York, Pa. – Central Penn Business Journal (CPBJ) has selected Managing Partner Jeff Lobach as a Power Player for its annual Power 100 list. The group consists of the area’s most significant, influential and respected leaders in a variety of fields. The honorees are chosen by the publication’s editorial leadership team.
Lobach was profiled in the honorary list in CPBJ’s print edition and on its website on February 17 along with other prominent leaders in the region who work in areas of law, finance, education, government, health care, business and nonprofit organizations. CPBJ has been releasing the Power 100 list since 2021 with Lobach being named to the list each year.
“I am humbled to have been chosen as a Power Player in Central Pennsylvania for a third time,” said Lobach. “The Power 100 list is full of talented and inspiring individuals, and I consider myself lucky to be named with other impactful leaders in the region.”
For more than 30 years, Lobach has been with Barley Snyder. He is in his tenth year serving as the firm’s managing partner – the longest tenure in the firm’s history – in which he oversees operations and long-term planning. He concentrates his law practice on the planning, negotiation and execution of business and real estate transactions, formation and governance of business and non-profit entities, industrial, commercial and residential real estate development, land use and zoning, business and real estate financing, and resolution of business disputes.

Lobach has been named to “The Best Lawyers in America” list each year between 2013 and 2023 for his work in the Commercial Litigation and Corporate Law practice areas, and for Real Estate Law in 2022 and 2023. For the 2021 “Best Lawyers” list, he was named “Lawyer for the Year” for Corporate Law in the Harrisburg area. Lobach is extremely active in the York-area community, volunteering and serving on boards for organizations like WellSpan Health, the York County History Center, the York County Community Foundation and the Boy Scouts.
