Barley Snyder Names Dorothy Rund Chief Administrative Officer

Lancaster, PA – The law firm of Barley Snyder is pleased to announce that Dorothy Rund has been named Chief Administrative Officer effective July 1. Dorothy has been with the firm for nearly 20 years and previously served as the Human Resources Director.

Dorothy’s main focus will be working in conjunction with the firm’s management committee on strategic planning, growth and other major initiatives and to manage the firm’s professional administrative team. “We have complete confidence in Dorothy’s ability to not only lead the administration but also to serve as a valuable resource in furthering the firm’s goals and strategic initiatives,” said Jeff Lobach, Managing Partner at Barley Snyder.

Dorothy is a longtime member of the Association of Legal Administrators and serves on the Harrisburg Area Community College’s Paralegal Studies Advisory Committee. She received her B.A. in Business Administration from The Pennsylvania State University.

Dorothy succeeds Bert Kramer, who had served as the firm’s Chief Operating Officer until his retirement this past June.
