Barley Snyder Names Dorothy Rund Chief Operating Officer

Lancaster, Pa. – Barley Snyder is pleased to announce the promotion of Dorothy Rund to Chief Operating Officer. Rund has been with the firm for nearly 30 years and previously served as the Chief Administrative Officer.

Rund will continue to work with the firm’s management committee and execute other initiatives to shape the overall operations of the firm.

“Dorothy has been performing the traditional duties of a COO for years and has been a critical force in our strategic growth over the last decade,” said Managing Partner Jeff Lobach. “Her promotion is well deserved. The firm’s leadership looks forward to continued partnership with Dorothy in extending our organization’s positive trajectory to which she has already contributed so much.”

Rund has been a member of the Association of Legal Administrators for over 30 years and previously served as a mentor for the Lancaster Chamber’s Mentorship program.
