Barley Snyder Opens Office in Willow Valley

Barley Snyder, a full-service law firm in Pennsylvania, with offices in Lancaster, York, Reading, Hanover, and Malvern, has opened a new location at 226 Willow Valley Lakes Drive in the Willow Valley Business and Medical Center. Barley Snyder’s new office will serve individual and business clients living and doing business in Willow Valley, Willow Street and the surrounding communities.

While the attorneys of Barley Snyder advise clients in every major area of civil law, the Willow Valley office will specifically focus on assisting clients with personal planning matters including all aspects of trust and estate planning and administration, tax planning, as well as charitable trust and foundation planning, powers of attorney, and living wills. Randy Moyer, a partner with the firm and a member of the personal planning practice group, is one of the attorneys who will work with clients at the Willow Valley location. Randy received his B.A. from Lebanon Valley College and his J.D. from Dickinson School of Law. Randy earned his LL.M. in taxation from Villanova University School of Law. He also served in the United States Marine Corps. Randy is a resident of West Lampeter and serves as a West Lampeter Township Supervisor.
