Schuylkill Haven, Pa. – Barley Snyder is pleased to announce that partner David H. Rattigan has been reelected as treasurer of the Schuylkill County Bar Association (SCBA) for a thirteenth consecutive term.

For more than a century, the SCBA has served as a resource for lawyers, judges, legal professionals and law students by supporting professional growth and providing access to timely legal issues. Since its inception in 1915, the organization has grown to provide pro bono services, foster professional networking events and offer resources for continuing legal education. Together, these efforts reflect the SCBA’s longstanding commitment to promoting excellence, encouraging collegiality and advancing advocacy within the legal profession.

“It is an honor to serve my community as treasurer of the Schuylkill County Bar Association for over 25 years,” said Rattigan. “I am grateful to have had the opportunity to serve with the past presidents and board members, and I look forward to supporting incoming President Brian Urban and the new and returning board members.”

He uses his more than three decades of legal experience, combined with his background as a certified public accountant, to assist individuals, families and businesses in achieving their goals.
