Barley Snyder Partner Joshua Schwartz Appointed to Ephrata Performing Arts Center Board of Directors

Lancaster, Pa. – Barley Snyder partner Joshua L. Schwartz has been named to the Ephrata Performing Arts Center’s Board of Directors.

Since its inception in 1980, the Ephrata Performing Arts Center (EPAC) has been a hub for the arts in Lancaster County. This nonprofit organization enriches the community through offering a diverse range of theatrical productions, including Broadway musicals, classic plays and innovative original works. EPAC also offers a variety of educational youth programs, dedicated to fostering a love of the arts in the next generation of performers and audiences.

“As a performer with a deep passion for the arts, I’m truly honored to join the board of EPAC,” said Schwartz. “I’m excited to bring my experience and dedication to furthering EPAC’s mission of delivering exceptional theatre to our community. I look forward to collaborating with the board and staff to help drive the continued growth and success of this remarkable organization.”

Schwartz is a member of Barley Snyder’s Litigation and Employment practice groups. A prolific trial attorney and counselor, he focuses his practice on employment counseling and litigation, labor law and workers’ compensation. Schwartz serves as chair of the firm’s Workers’ Compensation practice. Outside of the firm, he can be seen performing in community theatre productions and cabarets throughout central Pennsylvania. Schwartz formerly served on the board of directors of the Fulton Theatre in addition to many other local organizations.
