The “Lawyer of the Year” accolades are reserved for one individual per practice area in each metropolitan region, based on the highest aggregate peer feedback. This designation represents a rare and distinguished honor.
This marks Crocenzi’s fourth “Lawyer of the Year” recognition by Best Lawyers. He was previously named “Lawyer of the Year” for Employment Law – Management in the 2023 and 2025 editions and for Labor Law – Management in the 2024 edition.
Crocenzi chairs Barley Snyder’s Employment Practice Group and counsels employers on a wide range of labor and employment matters, including workplace policies, discrimination and harassment claims, wage and hour compliance, labor relations, workplace investigations and employment litigation. He regularly represents employers before federal and state courts and administrative agencies and is a frequent speaker on labor and employment law topics.
