Reading, Pa. – Counsel Trust Company has named Barley Snyder Partner Michael L. Mixell to its Board of Directors.

Counsel Trust was formed in 2002 and has 4 offices located in York Pa., Lancaster, Pa., Hanover, Pa., and Nashville, Tenn. Currently, the company has $2.8 billion assets under management and administration, stated Edward S. Crooks, Chairman at Counsel Trust.

He has extensive experience in estate and trust administration as well as mediating complex trust and estates matters, both as counsel for a beneficiary and as counsel for a fiduciary involved in disputes between beneficiaries.
