Reading, Pa. – Barley Snyder is proud to announce that partner Paul F. Troisi has been selected as a 2026 Leaders in Law Honoree by Lehigh Valley Business (LVB).
The LVB Leaders in Law awards recognize legal professionals who demonstrate outstanding leadership, professional achievement and dedication to their communities. Honorees are selected for their impact on the legal profession as well as their commitment to mentorship, service and civic engagement.
Troisi is a partner in Barley Snyder’s Litigation Practice Group, where he represents businesses and individuals in a wide range of complex disputes, including commercial, fiduciary, appellate, personal injury, real estate and construction matters. He regularly appears before state and federal courts and assists clients through arbitration and mediation proceedings. He was previously recognized as a Pennsylvania Super Lawyers Rising Star and was named to Lehigh Valley Business‘ Forty Under 40 list in 2023.
In addition to his litigation practice, Troisi plays an active leadership role within the firm. He chairs Barley Snyder’s Mentorship Committee and Summer Associate Committee, helping guide attorney recruitment and professional development efforts, and also serves on the firm’s Marketing Committee. He is active in the Berks County community through his service with the United Way of Berks County and the Knights of Columbus at St. Ignatius Loyola Church. He previously served as treasurer of the Berks County Bar Association and as a board member of the YMCA of Reading & Berks County.
