Lancaster, Pa. – Barley Snyder is pleased to announce the promotion of Jennifer Good to Chief Human Resources Officer.
Good previously served as Director of Human Resources since 2015, overseeing policy development, benefit administration, talent management and labor relations for the firm. She was initially hired as a Human Resource Generalist in 2013. In her new role, she will continue to focus on evolving conditions in all aspects of the labor market, including compensation and benefits.

Prior to joining Barley Snyder, Good worked in Human Resources for United Natural Foods, SCHOTT, Jay Group and Cintas Corporation. In 2006, Good received her Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification. She obtained her SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) credential in 2015. Good earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Labor and Industrial Relations from the Pennsylvania State University and her Master of Science Degree in Human Resources Development from McDaniel College.
