Malvern, Pa. – Barley Snyder is pleased to share attorney Catherine T. Begley has joined the firm. She brings a wealth of experience and insight to the firm’s Business, Litigation and Food & Agribusiness groups. She will be based out of the firm’s Malvern office.

Begley focuses her practice on helping clients navigate the complexities of crisis management, food and product contamination and recall, insurance coverage and casualty litigation matters. She also has experience counseling clients through arbitration, mediation and litigation matters, representing businesses and insurers in high-stakes litigation across the United States, and has counseled clients on their contractual and regulatory obligations. As state and federal regulations continue to shift, I’m proud to be part of a team committed to staying ahead of the curve and delivering exceptional value to our clients.”

Begley received her Juris Doctor from Temple University’s Beasley School of Law after earning her undergraduate degree from Penn State University’s Schreyer Honors College. Outside of the office, Catherine is committed to community enrichment through her active participation as an Alumni Mentor Volunteer for the Penn State Liberal Arts Alumni Mentor Program and Schreyer Honors College. She is also a member of the Mount Saint Joseph Academy Alumni Association.

“We are thrilled to welcome Catherine to the firm,” said Timothy G. Dietrich, attorney and chair of the firm’s Food & Agribusiness Industry Group Chair. “Her depth of experience, particularly in crisis management and food product recall, is a tremendous asset to our Food & Agribusiness team.
