Webinar Focus: Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) has released its emergency regulations for Medicare and Medicaid-certified provider and supplier types. In our second webinar, our Employment Practice Group attorneys will discuss the following topics surrounding CMS’s mandatory vaccination requirement:
  • Analyzing which healthcare facilities are covered
  • Addressing the prohibition against a testing alternative
  • Briefing the legal basis for medical and religious exemptions
  • Implementing a review policy for exemption requests
