Jennifer is an associate in Barley Snyder’s Litigation, Employment and Land Use groups. She represents businesses, property owners and other clients in a broad range of civil litigation matters, guiding them through complex disputes with a practical, strategic approach. Drawing on her experience in high-exposure litigation, she works closely with clients to assess risk, develop effective strategies and pursue favorable outcomes both in and out of the courtroom.
Jennifer has experience representing clients in complex personal injury, premises liability, insurance defense, industrial disasters, construction disputes and commercial litigation matters. She has achieved favorable outcomes in a variety of cases, including securing favorable defense awards at arbitration, obtaining summary judgment in liability matters, and contributing to successful trial outcomes in complex, multi-million-dollar disputes.
Before joining Barley Snyder, Jennifer practiced at regional and national law firms, where she represented clients in insurance defense and commercial litigation matters and gained significant litigation experience across a broad range of industries.
Representative Transactions:
- Obtained a favorable verdict on behalf of a landlord in a premises liability matter involving tenant injury claims
- Secured partial summary judgment for an HVAC contractor in a product failure and maintenance-related dispute
- Obtained summary judgment dismissal for a snow and ice removal contractor in a slip-and-fall claim at a retail property
- Represented a trucking company involved in a multi-vehicle accident during a severe snow squall, with all claims resolved through global mediation
Jennifer earned her Juris Doctor from Duquesne University School of Law, where she received the Outstanding Oral Argument Award and was a published member of the Duquesne Energy & Environmental Law Review. She earned her undergraduate degrees in history and political science from the University of Pittsburgh.
She is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association and the York County Bar Association and was selected for the Pennsylvania Bar Association’s Bar Leadership Institute Class of 2026–2027.
Outside of her practice, Jennifer enjoys spending time outdoors with her beagle. An avid hiker, she climbed Mount St. Helens in 2025.
