Litigation Associate

Barley Snyder, a regional law firm of 90-plus attorneys with seven offices in southcentral Pennsylvania, has an excellent opportunity for a litigation associate in our Harrisburg Office.

We are looking for an entrepreneurial attorney interested in developing a diverse practice with immediate significant client contact. The successful candidate will be a attorney who will primarily work in the area of litigation (3-plus years of experience), preferably within a mid-size to large firm setting. Seeking a self-starter with strong analytical and writing skills, strong academic credentials and excellent work ethic. A candidate with ties to the central Pennsylvania community preferred.

Real Estate & Corporate/Business Paralegal

Barley Snyder, a regional law firm of 90-plus attorneys with seven offices in southcentral Pennsylvania, has an excellent opportunity for a Real Estate & Corporate/Business Paralegal in our Lancaster Office.

The successful candidate will have at least 3-5 years of law firm experience in the following areas: entity name reservations, formation documents, qualifications, mergers and dissolutions; corporate due diligence; tracking and maintaining multiple entities, minute books and other corporate records; organizing and assisting with transactions and closings; initial drafting of basic corporate and real estate documents, resolutions and various agreements and preparing closing checklists and binders; researching real property records and databases; reviewing title commitments and drafting title review letters; researching and reviewing zoning ordinances. Familiarity with SEC filings, mergers and acquisitions and securities work a plus. A four-year college degree and paralegal certificate preferred. Ideal candidates would possess excellent communication, organizational and client service skills.

Litigation Paralegal

Barley Snyder, a Central Pennsylvania law firm, seeks a Litigation Paralegal for our York, Pa., office. Duties include assisting attorneys with factual analysis, discovery, document and file management and trial preparation with focus on general litigation cases. Previous litigation paralegal experience is required (5 years). A four-year college degree and paralegal certificate preferred. Ideal candidates would possess excellent communication, organizational and client service skills plus a familiarity with research and litigation software. Marketing Coordinator

Barley Snyder, a regional law firm with more than 90 attorneys, seeks a marketing coordinator to join our team. The individual will handle many of the firm’s marketing functions to support the firm’s business objectives and marketing initiatives. Bachelor's degree plus 2 - 4 years of experience in marketing/graphic design/event planning or equivalent on the job experience required. Experience in professional services marketing is preferred. Candidate should be tech savvy and proficient with Microsoft Office. Excellent oral and written communication skills required, as well as strong proofreading, organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and priorities within tight deadlines.
