Business/Real Estate Attorney

Barley Snyder, a regional law firm of nearly 100 attorneys with seven offices in southcentral Pennsylvania, has an excellent opportunity for an attorney in our Business and Real Estate practice groups.

We are looking for an entrepreneurial attorney interested in developing and maintaining a diverse business practice with immediate, significant client contact. The successful candidate will be a mid-level attorney (5-10 years of experience) with substantial experience in the areas of general business/corporate, mergers and acquisitions and real estate, preferably within a mid-size to large firm setting. Seeking a self-starter with strong analytical and writing skills, strong academic credentials and excellent work ethic. The commitment to live and be involved in one of our larger geographical communities (Berks County preferred) is required. A candidate with ties to the central Pa./Reading community preferred.

Trusts & Estates Attorney

We are looking for an entrepreneurial attorney interested in working with a diverse practice with immediate, significant client contact. The ideal candidate will have no less than 3 years of experience in estate planning administration. Seeking self-starters with strong analytical and writing skills, strong academic credentials and client service skills. Candidates with ties to the central Pennsylvania community preferred. This candidate must reside or be willing to relocate to the Harrisburg/Capital region.

IP Patent Attorney

Barley Snyder, a regional PA law firm of nearly 100 attorneys is looking for an experienced Patent Attorney to join our Malvern, PA office. Our ideal candidate would have 1-3 years' experience in patent preparation and prosecution. A technical background, in the mechanical or electrical arts, is preferred.

Our clients are involved in a variety of industries including manufacturing, finance, insurance, agribusiness, distribution, real estate, retailing and various service professions. Our IP Practice Group is centered in our Malvern, PA office and works with lawyers in our other seven regional offices to support the IP needs of our global business and local clients. We practice in all areas of intellectual property including patents, trademarks, copyrights, licensing, electronic commerce and litigation.

Legal Administrative Assistant

Barley Snyder, a regional law firm of nearly 100 attorneys, has an excellent opportunity for a legal administrative assistant in our Lancaster, Pa., office. The position requires knowledge of legal procedures, terminology and forms. We are seeking a candidate who demonstrates the interest and ability to learn our practice areas in order to support our attorneys at a high level. The nature of the work requires that tasks be performed accurately and in conformance with established policies and procedures and using the firm’s technology to its fullest extent. Prior experience working in a law firm is preferred.
