We are looking for an entrepreneurial attorney interested in developing a diverse business practice with immediate, significant client contact. The successful candidate will be a mid-level attorney (four-to-six years of experience) with substantial experience in the areas of general business, corporate, front end loans and mergers and acquisitions, preferably within a midsize to large firm setting. We have a strong, market-leading M&A practice and focus heavily on family businesses. Seeking a self-starter with strong analytical and writing skills, strong academic credentials and excellent work ethic.
