Barley Snyder, a law firm of more than 130 attorneys, is seeking an organized, proactive, and knowledgeable Legal Records Coordinator to join our team. Under the direction of the Director of Infrastructure, you will lead the day-to-day firmwide records management operations, ensuring efficient systems are in place for the creation, maintenance, usage, and disposition of both client and administrative records. This role is integral to our “paper light” initiative, aimed at reducing reliance on physical records and enhancing electronic records management. Prior experience in legal records management or a similar administrative role in a law firm or professional services environment is preferred. Travel is required to support operations across all the firm’s office locations.
