Barley Snyder, a regional law firm with more than 130 attorneys, seeks an experienced Real Estate Paralegal in our Hanover office.
The successful candidate will support and manage a wide range of tasks related to both commercial and residential real estate closings, including: completing assigned closing duties, reviewing and preparing draft closing and loan documents, creating title policies, ensuring the accuracy of closing disclosures and settlement statements, and managing post-closing activities and file organization. Additional responsibilities may be assigned based on the individual’s experience and skill level.
A 2 or 4-year college degree is preferred; however, relevant experience may be considered in lieu of formal education. Candidate must demonstrate commitment to high quality work and client service. Prior law firm experience strongly preferred.
