Amy is a paralegal in the firm’s Trusts & Estates Practice Group. She brings over 20 years of legal experience with a concentration on estate and trust administration.
Amy has extensive experience in preparing and filing estate, trust, gift and inheritance tax returns, managing fiduciary responsibilities, and assisting clients with all aspects of estate planning and administration. She also has experience preparing court accountings, drafting and revising estate planning documents, recording deeds, and handling corporate filings. Amy provides essential support to clients and attorneys, maintaining accurate records and facilitating clear communication throughout the estate and trust process.
Raised in southern Lancaster County, Amy is a graduate of Solanco High School and the Lancaster County Career and Technology Center in Willow Street, Pa.

As a bilingual paralegal, Celia supports the Employment and Immigration attorneys at Barley Snyder. She assists with family and employment-based matters including Adjustments of Status, Naturalizations, employment petitions, and the preparation of USCIS applications. Before joining Barley Snyder, Celia worked with other immigration firms where she assisted with Violence Against Women Act (VAWA) cases, research on country conditions, translating legal documents and interpreting for clients.
Celia graduated from Elizabethtown College with a bachelor’s degree in legal studies and a minor in political science. She aspires to continue growing her legal knowledge and expertise by working alongside such a knowledgeable and dedicated team. During her free time, Celia enjoys playing volleyball and being active.

Keanna is a paralegal in the firm’s Trusts and Estates Practice Group with a reputation for delivering high-quality service. She thoroughly enjoys meeting with clients and helping them through the estate administration process. Keanna helps clients and attorneys with various aspects of the estate administration process, including opening the estate, preparing and filing of all required Estate documents, liquidating assets, preparing Inheritance Tax Returns, family settlements and closing the estates.
Outside of the firm, Keanna enjoys spending her time reading and watching her fiancé race at the dirt race track. She is also an avid bowler, continuing her legacy as a previous member of the University of Kutztown Women’s Bowling team!
Dawn is a paralegal in the firm’s Finance & Creditors’ Rights Practice Group. She brings over 40 years of experience in the legal field to Barley Snyder, focusing primarily on bankruptcy, debtor and creditors’ rights areas of law. Her attention to detail benefits the firm’s attorneys and clients.
Kaleigh is a paralegal in the firm’s Real Estate Practice Group where she assists with various real estate and title matters. In her role, Kaleigh supports attorneys by reviewing title commitments and related documents as part of the due diligence process in a real estate transaction. She also assists with property research and the review of municipal ordinances in connection with land use and development matters. She reviews agreements of sale and lease agreements to identify key dates and tasks to help with project/matter organization. In addition, Kaleigh prepares real estate and title documents, attends closings, and serves as a Notary Public. She assists clients with the formation of homeowners associations as well.
Prior to becoming a paralegal, Kaleigh worked as a legal assistant where she gained valuable experience preparing real estate and title-related documents while providing administrative support to attorneys. She is a graduate of Liberty University where she earned her B.S. in Law and Policy: Pre-Law in only two years.
Outside of the firm, she enjoys hiking, playing volleyball, and swing dancing.
Payge is a paralegal in the firm’s Real Estate and Title Insurance groups with nearly a decade of experience in the industry.
Previously working as an Escrow Assistant and a Real Estate/Title Assistant, Payge provides a unique and well-rounded perspective to her role. She has experience facilitating the settlement process, including the review of purchase contracts and title commitments, obtaining curative items needed for closing, and preparing settlement statements. Payge is well-versed in handling the recording of original documents and distributing funds post-settlement, in addition to providing notarial services. Furthermore, she has maintained and supported activities of real estate closings, obtained title searches, tax lien certificates, and more.
Payge began her career in legal services, working for the Sargent’s Court Reporting Service, Inc. in Harrisburg. Prior to that, she interned at the Youth Advocate Programs in Reading. Outside of the firm, Payge actively participates in extracurricular company activities including kickball and softball. A graduate of Kutztown University, she served as President of the Equestrian Team during her junior and senior years of college.

Maryann is a paralegal in the firm’s Business and Trusts & Estates practice groups. She has accumulated three decades of experience in the legal field, assisting attorneys with various corporate and estate planning matters.
In her business work, Maryann handles new entity formations and amendments with respect to corporations, limited liability companies, partnerships and fictitious names. She has experience preparing various business agreements, maintaining proper corporate records, completing stock transfers and assignments of LLC membership interests. She also handles related real estate matters such as 1031 like-kind exchanges and agreements of sale for real estate purchases. Maryann’s estate planning work consists of preparing documents such as wills, power of attorneys, durable health care powers of attorney and health care treatment instructions (living wills) and trusts. She assists our business and estate planning counsel with various complementary matters as needed. She is also a licensed notary and frequently attends document signings.
Maryann enjoys the outdoors, traveling and spending time with her husband, daughter and son, and making memories with family and friends.
Bonnie is a paralegal in Barley Snyder’s Trusts & Estates Practice Group. She has been working in the legal field for more than 32 years with extensive experience in estate administration. Bonnie enjoys interacting with clients and guiding them through every step of the process.
Bonnie handles all aspects of an estate administration – preparing a full accounting of an estate from the date of death through the date of distribution. She is very knowledgeable in preparing petitions for probate, inheritance tax returns, claim forms, estate settlement documents and more. Bonnie prides herself in getting to know her clients and acting with compassion towards them.
Prior to starting a career in the legal field, Bonnie worked in various Finance Offices for the U.S. Office of Personnel Management, Department of the Army.
