She brings extensive experience from the mortgage banking industry, where she spent eight years supporting real estate transactions from application through closing and post-closing. Her background includes preparing, reviewing, and reconciling loan and closing documents; coordinating with title companies, lenders, attorneys and borrowers; and ensuring compliance with regulatory and investor requirements. She is well-versed in title review, escrow coordination, and deadline-driven transaction management.

Before joining Barley Snyder, Stephanie served in various roles including loan processor, loan closer, post-closer and funder, managing high-volume files while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail. Her experience working closely with attorneys and title professionals allows her to anticipate transaction needs and contribute to efficient, well-organized closings. Stephanie is known for her strong organizational skills, clear communication style, and commitment to delivering high-quality client service. She loves spending time with her family, including her granddaughter. In addition, she breeds, raises, and shows bucking bulls.
