Malvern, Pa. – Barley Snyder is proud to announce that attorney Zachary J. Daly has graduated from the Leadership Chester County (LCC) Class of 2026.
Leadership Chester County, an initiative of the United Way of Chester County, is an eight-month leadership development and board training program that prepares professionals to serve nonprofit organizations with confidence and purpose. Through expert-led sessions, peer collaboration and hands-on experiences, participants gain insight into community needs, nonprofit governance and the social and economic issues shaping Chester County.
Daly’s participation reflects his commitment to professional development and community involvement, as well as Barley Snyder’s continued investment in fostering leadership within the communities it serves.
Daly is a registered patent attorney in Barley Snyder’s Intellectual Property Practice Group, advising clients on patents, copyrights and trademarks. He supports IP litigation and enforcement while helping clients develop strong IP portfolios across industries like mechanical, electrical and medical technologies. With a background in physics, Daly works with companies of all sizes to align IP strategies with their business goals.
“Participating in Leadership Chester County provided a valuable opportunity to better understand the needs and challenges facing our local community,” said Daly. “The program strengthened my appreciation for nonprofit leadership and collaboration, and I look forward to applying those insights in my work and community involvement going forward.”
