Barley Snyder Adds Attorney Beth M. Kohl in Reading

Reading, Pa. – Barley Snyder is pleased to announce attorney Beth M. Kohl has joined the firm in its Reading office.

Kohl will work in Barley Snyder’s Real Estate and Land Use practice groups. She brings over ten years of legal experience representing private and public clients in land use and zoning matters, municipal law, and real estate transactions.

“I am excited to join such a talented group of professionals at a dominant firm in Pennsylvania valued for providing exceptional client service and strengthening the community,” said Kohl. “I am eager to continue helping my clients while utilizing the excellent resources that Barley Snyder has available.”

Prior to joining Barley Snyder, Kohl worked in private legal practice, as a land development consultant, and in the real estate and right-of-way department of a midstream energy company. She currently serves as the chair of the Municipal/Education/Real Estate/Environmental Law section of the Berks County Bar Association. Kohl is also active in the Berks County community, serving on the board of directors for Berks Nature, The Friends of Reading Hospital, and the Pagoda Pacers Athletic Club.

A Berks County native, Kohl earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the Schreyer Honors College at Penn State University and her law degree from the Thomas R. Kline School of Law at Drexel University in Philadelphia.
