Barley Snyder Partner Justin A. Tomevi Named to Forty Under 40 List

York, Pa. – The Central Penn Business Journal  has selected Barley Snyder partner Justin A. Tomevi to its 2023 Forty Under 40 list. The annual awards recognize the future leaders of Central Pennsylvania who are under the age of 40. Honorees are selected by the CPBJ leadership team based on their professional accomplishments, community service and commitment to inspiring change. 

“I am honored that the Central Penn Business Journal  has chosen me, among other dedicated professionals around the region, to this prestigious list,” said Tomevi. “I offer my congratulations to my fellow recipients.” 

Tomevi is an attorney in Barley Snyder’s Litigation Practice Group, assisting businesses, institutions and individuals in identifying and managing litigation risk, resolving disputes and achieving their objectives. He frequently navigates challenges on behalf of his clients in both state and federal courts in Pennsylvania, Maryland and the District of Columbia. Outside of the firm, Tomevi serves as general counsel for the YMCA of the Roses and as Secretary of its Corporate Board of Directors. He also teaches as an Adjunct Professor at Messiah University and Eastern University. Tomevi has been recognized by the Million and Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forums and as a Pennsylvania Super Lawyers Rising Star each year since 2016.
