Barley Snyder Reelects Jeff Lobach Managing Partner

Published on

November 11, 2015

Lancaster/York, PA – Barley Snyder is pleased to announce that Jeff Lobach has been reelected managing partner and chief executive officer by the firm’s partnership. Lobach was first elected to lead the firm in 2014. In this role he is responsible to oversee the operations and long-term planning for the 70+ lawyer firm which operates six offices across central and southeastern Pennsylvania and northern Maryland.

By all measures, the past two years have been successful under Lobach’s leadership. The firm has grown by geography, attorney headcount and client service capabilities. The firm opened an office in Hunt Valley, Maryland in mid-2014, increasing its capacity to serve clients whose activities carry them beyond Pennsylvania. Attorney headcount has increased by 11 in just the last eight weeks and the firm has added a focus on representing public school districts throughout the region.

“I am gratified to have earned the confidence of my partners and look forward to leading this talented group of lawyers to the next level,” Lobach stated.

Lobach is a partner with the firm and focuses his practice in the areas of business and real estate transactions, formation and governance of business and non-profit entities, real estate development, financing, family-owned businesses and higher education.

He is very active in the community and has served as a member of the boards or as general counsel to various organizations throughout Pennsylvania.  A graduate of the University of Pennsylvania (J.D.) and Lehigh University (B.A.), Lobach has been recognized by Pennsylvania Super Lawyers ® and The Best Lawyers in America.
