Chuck has extensive experience in business transactions, debtor/creditor rights and bankruptcy matters. Whether a client is buying or selling a business, restructuring its financial affairs or putting important contracts in place with customers, suppliers or with other owners, Chuck provides the strategic guidance and counsel that separates him from other business attorneys. He provides sound business advice in general corporate law, tax resolution cases and commercial litigation.
Chuck is a magna cum laude graduate of Albright College, where he now serves as a member of its board of trustees. He received his Juris Doctor degree from Villanova Law School. He is a member of the Pennsylvania and American Bar associations, the American Bankruptcy Institute and the Eastern District of Pennsylvania Bankruptcy Committee. He is also a past president of the Berks County Bar Association.
