Some of the questions they will discuss are: Can employers mandate some or all of its employees to get vaccinated? Can companies (restaurants, hotels, event venues) require proof of vaccination before allowing patrons to enter its facility or access certain amenities/areas? Can employers incentivize employees to get vaccinated? Can companies require employees and/or patrons to sign a waiver of liability if they decide not to receive the vaccination?
