Drawing on his own leadership journey, Tom will share how business owners and executives can successfully navigate change, prepare their organizations for the future, and embrace new opportunities. Following the keynote presentation, a panel of business leaders will share their own experiences and perspectives on leadership succession, organizational change and business continuity.
