Jordan is a member of Barley Snyder’s Real Estate Practice Group. His practice focuses on real estate, land use and zoning matters, helping clients navigate development projects, regulatory requirements and business-related real estate issues.

Jordan has experience assisting businesses, municipalities, school districts, municipal authorities and individuals with zoning compliance, entitlement strategies and land use approvals. He also advises clients with business formation and governance matters, including the preparation of operating agreements, bylaws, articles of incorporation and other governance documents. Prior to becoming an attorney, Jordan worked as a paralegal in an insurance defense practice.

While attending Widener University Delaware Law School, Jordan served as a Staff Editor of the Delaware Journal of Corporate Law. His student comment, Moving the Needle in Favor of Creditors in Bankruptcy Proceedings, was selected for publication.

Outside of work, Jordan enjoys spending time with his wife and son, attending sporting events, cooking and staying active.
