Barley Snyder Expands Real Estate Practice with Addition of Attorneys Jordan Davis and Erika Firestone

Lancaster, Pa. – Barley Snyder is pleased to announce that attorneys Jordan S. Davis and Erika C. Firestone have joined the firm as members of its Real Estate Practice Group. Jordan Davis will be based in the firm’s Lancaster office, and Erika Firestone will be based in the firm’s Lebanon office.

The addition of Davis and Firestone further bolsters Barley Snyder’s Real Estate Practice Group, which represents developers, businesses, municipalities, non-profit organizations and individuals. The multidisciplinary group includes more than 50 attorneys and paralegals across the firm’s footprint, offering clients seamless access to localized insight and firmwide resources.

Attorney Jordan Davis
Jordan Davis focuses his practice on real estate, land use and zoning matters, helping clients navigate development projects, regulatory requirements and business-related real estate issues. He has experience assisting businesses, municipalities, school districts, municipal authorities and individuals with zoning compliance, land use approvals and entitlement strategies, as well as business formation and governance matters. Before joining Barley Snyder, Davis practiced real estate law at a firm in the Philadelphia suburbs.

Attorney Erika Firestone
Erika Firestone counsels clients on a broad range of commercial real estate, land use and community association matters, working with developers, business owners, property owners and other stakeholders on transactions, regulatory compliance and development projects throughout Pennsylvania. Her practice includes planned community and condominium matters, commercial real estate transactions and leasing, land use approvals and development-related matters. Prior to joining Barley Snyder, Firestone practiced real estate law with a regional Pennsylvania law firm.
