Kevin concentrates his practice in federal tax planning and tax litigation for corporations, pass-through entities, individuals and tax-exempt organizations for the firm's Business and Trusts & Estates practice groups.

In addition to his federal tax focus, Kevin has represented numerous multi-state and Pennsylvania entities before the state's administrative tax boards and courts in tax controversies regarding various taxes including:
