Paul is a partner at Barley Snyder in the firm’s Litigation Practice Group. Paul represents individuals and businesses in commercial litigation and personal injury, representing clients in both federal and state courts.

Paul is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania, the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, the Supreme Court of New Jersey, and the U.S. District Court for New Jersey.

Paul previously worked for firms in Bethlehem and Harrisburg, focusing on civil litigation to give him the experience he now possesses to help his clients through complex litigation matters.

Paul is the treasurer of the Berks County Bar Association. As treasurer, Paul is on the bar’s executive & finance committee and its board of directors. Paul is also a member of the bar’s common pleas rules committee, investment committee, and civil litigation section. In our community, Paul serves on the board of directors for the YMCA of Reading and Berks County.
