York, Pa. – Barley Snyder is proud to announce that attorney Sarah L. Doyle has been named Central Penn Business Journal’s 2026 “Women of Influence” list and attorney Jayne R. Katherman has been named to the 2026 “Women to Watch” list.

The CPBJ Women of Influence awards honor high-achieving women for their career accomplishments. The honorees are selected based on their professional experience, community involvement and commitment to mentoring. Women to Watch honors successful women under the age of 35 who are the next generation of leaders. The honorees were selected by a panel of judges comprised of previous years’ Women of Influence recipients and CPBJ editors.

Sarah Doyle: Women of Influence Honoree
Doyle, an attorney in Barley Snyder’s Employment and Litigation practice groups, advises both private and public sector clients on complex employment matters. She regularly guides organizations through challenging personnel issues, workplace policy development and compliance considerations, helping foster fair and legally sound work environments. She has successfully litigated cases through appeal and represented clients before state and federal courts and agencies.

Doyle is deeply engaged in the York County community, serving on the Board of Directors of the York County History Center, where she also chairs the Personnel Committee, and contributing as a member of the Agriculture Committee for the York County Community Foundation. She also serves on the Board of Directors of the York County Land Bank Authority. Through these roles, she supports initiatives that preserve local history and strengthen community resources.

“I’m truly honored to be recognized among such an accomplished group of women,” Doyle said. “This recognition reflects the support of my colleagues and clients, as well as my commitment to giving back to the community and helping create environments – both in the workplace and beyond – where people feel supported and valued.”

Jayne Katherman: Women to Watch Honoree
Katherman, an attorney in the firm’s Real Estate, Business and Municipal groups, focuses her practice on municipal development, zoning and land use matters.
