Barley Snyder Attorney Amanda Kowalski Elected Vice President of the Lancaster Law Foundation

Lancaster, Pa. – Barley Snyder is pleased to announce attorney Amanda Jabour Kowalski has been elected to serve as Vice President of the Lancaster Law Foundation (LLF). Kowalski’s new role comes after her involvement as an active board member with the foundation.

The foundation is a professional organization of over 750 members from the Lancaster County legal community and is known as the philanthropic arm of the Lancaster Bar Association. Its mission serves to promote equal access to justice for all in Lancaster County by funding public interest law projects, delivering pro bono service, and educating the public on civic and legal issues.

The foundation provides critical financial support for community organizations through its Community Grants Program. It also serves the community by participating in the Wills for Heroes program, organizing Operation Santa for residents of the Transitional Living Center, collecting business attire for the Lancaster County Food Hub, running criminal record expungement and pardon clinics, helping undocumented immigrants through its U Visa Mandamus Project, and more.

“The Lancaster Law Foundation holds a crucial role within the community, and I have witnessed the positive impact it has made on residents throughout Lancaster County,” said Kowalski. “It’s an honor to have been elected Vice President and I look forward to continuing its success with members of the board.”

Kowalski is a member of Barley Snyder’s Business, Mergers & Acquisitions and Securities practice groups as well as its Cybersecurity Service Team. She is also part of the firm’s Banking and Transportation, Logistics & Trade industry groups. A Lancaster native, Kowalski is a graduate of the George Washington University Law School and received her undergraduate degree from the University of Pennsylvania.
