For Immediate Release

Lancaster, Pa. – The Pennsylvania Bar Association Real Property, Probate, and Trust Law Section has named Barley Snyder attorney Reilly S. Noetzel to its council.

The section is the largest of the 18 in the association. Its members concentrate on advancing the interests of real property and estate planning, as well as probate practitioners, and their clients in Pennsylvania, according to its website. The council oversees the long-term goals of the group.

In 2020, the section honored Noetzel with its annual “Trailblazer Award,” bestowed to an attorney who demonstrates excellence in the practice of law and the highest ethical standards, has a commitment to pro bono legal services and practices primarily in real estate or probate and trust law.

“Becoming more involved with this section of the Pennsylvania Bar Association has been a goal of mine, so when I was asked to join its council, I jumped at the chance,” he said. “It will help me in my practice to stay current on the latest trends and changes in the law, which in turn will help my clients.”

Noetzel is an attorney with the Barley Snyder Real Estate Practice Group. He is also a member of the firm’s Environment & Energy, Construction and Municipal industry groups. Noetzel is the chair of the Lancaster Bar Association Municipal, Zoning and Environmental Law Section for 2021 and is a member of the ABC Keystone Education Committee. He is also a member of the board of trustees of the Lancaster Public Library.
