Jeremy Frey Installed as Chair of Barley Snyder’s Business Law Group

Lancaster, Pa. – Barley Snyder is proud to announce that partner Jeremy D. Frey has been named as the chair of the firm’s Business Law Practice Group.

A general counsel to numerous businesses, Frey advises business clients in the purchase and sale of businesses and commercial properties, represents banks and businesses in financing transactions and represents individuals in residential real estate transactions. He is also part of the firm’s new Food & Agribusiness group.

He is a past president at the Hanover YMCA, is a former member of the organization’s board of directors and is a member of the Rotary Club of York. In September, the readers of the Hanover Evening Sun voted him as the “Best Lawyer/Law Practice” in the Hanover area.
