LANCASTER, Pa. – Barley Snyder has appointed Kevin A. Moore chair of its Labor Law team.
The Barley Snyder Labor Law team provides comprehensive solutions for employers who face unique legal issues as they operate within a heavily regulated and complicated legal landscape. In his role as chair, Moore will provide strategic direction and a coordinated approach to managing these unique issues efficiently and proactively.
“I’m grateful for the opportunity to contribute to enhancing Barley Snyder’s team effort in providing the highest level of advice and advocacy for our clients in this dynamic and ever-changing area of law,” Moore said.
In addition to leading the Labor Law team, Moore practices in Barley Snyder’s Employment Law and Litigation practice groups. He helps clients with legal challenges in employment and labor law and leads trial teams for businesses in litigation. He also lectures to businesses and to attorneys on all areas of employment, labor and commercial, and construction litigation. He is an approved EEOC trainer, federal court arbitrator, and guest lecturer at colleges and universities.

Moore, who joined Barley Snyder at the beginning of 2022 along with 31 of his colleagues from the former law firm, Leisawitz Heller, is the past chairman of the Berks County Bar Association Employment Law Section and is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association Employment and Labor Committee.
